Step 1 – Express your interest in playing with Old Camberwell by completing the Player Interest Form. One of our coaches will get in touch to introduce themselves.

Keep track of our website and join communication channels to keep up to date with the latest club news and announcements, particularly for pre-season training details.

If you choose to play with us, you can worry about the next steps later.

Step 2 – Register to play for Old Camberwell with the VAFA. There is a small fee of $11. Registering players fall into two categories:

  • You last played for Old Camberwell or have never played for a community club before - register using this link as a “Current or New Member” 
  • You last played for another community club (not a school) - you will need a transfer. The club will request this on your behalf. Please provide your full name, DOB and mobile to our club registrar Tim Cottrell (tim.cottrell@hotmail.com). Once the transfer has been approved you can then register.

Step 3 – Pay your club subscription fees and order your uniform at our online shop.

Step 4 (strongly recommended) - Take out Ambulance Victoria membership to be protected against the cost of transport and treatment in case of an injury or emergency while playing or training. A one-year membership costs $51.94
